What happens in our half hour

Most women arrive at this conversation having already tried a great deal — and quietly wondering whether anything will ever really work. So I keep it simple and honest.

You’ll tell me what’s been happening: what your anxiety feels like, what you’ve tried, where it shows up in your life. I’ll listen properly — not to fix you on the spot, but to understand.

Then I’ll tell you what I think is going on underneath it. Often this is the first time someone explains the why in a way that finally makes sense of years of effort that didn’t hold. And before we finish, I’ll give you one simple technique to take away and use straight away.

That’s it. No pressure, no hard sell. If, by the end, it feels like a fit to work together, I’ll gladly tell you how. And if I don’t think I’m the right person to help you, I’ll say so — and point you towards someone who is.
